This beach house has a direct southern exposure over Cape Kiwanda and Pacific City plus miles of beautiful Oregon Coast beaches.

Enjoy an easy walk to the beach at Cape Kiwanda, Pelican Pub Brewery, or Stimulus Espresso Cafe.
 

 The Great Room features a gas fireplace, spacious kitchen and dining alcove, and additional living space

 

The main level opens onto the upper covered deck.

 

 

Kitchen completely furnished with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher,

Two identical master suites upstairs. Both have king size beds, private bathrooms and individual heating/air-conditioning.

 

The 2 downstairs bedrooms have queen beds and single fold out chair and a half beds.

 Each has a dedicated bath.

The lower level sectional can be made into a queen size bed if needed.

The rate for this beautiful 4 bedroom
beach house is $500.00 per day.

The $140.00 Cleaning fee is waived
if guests stay 5 days or more.
